Linsey has over 25 years experience in the industry, leading teams in some of the most well-renowned establishments throughout Central Scotland.

Mason Belles Kitchen was established in October 2018 where we opened our doors in the beautiful town of linlithgow West Lothian, we have been very lucky and grateful for the support and response to our offering.

After 22 years’ experience in the industry leading teams in some of the most well-renowned establishments throughout central Scotland, from fine dining, to large functions, running large teams and concept development I felt it was the right time to open our own family run restaurant.

And we then have our MBK Private where we have the pleasure of teaming up with Royal Garden Apartments in Stirling City where we offer Bespoke Outside Dining for customers to there apartment from Private Chef, Breakfast, Brunch, Hampers, Masterclasses, BBQ, Afternoon Tea, Signature Buffets, Private Dining we cater for all your needs during your visit.

Cooking has been my passion and was always my dream to create a restaurant which offered relaxed, fresh, seasonal and creative dining experience for our customers, With the Local Craft drink offerings we have something for everyone.
